LEAP dedicates one Project Manager for each major engagement and that Project Manager is available for you throughout the life-cycle of the project. 24X7. The Project Manager is YOUR voice in the process, as much as he/she is NTrust's.

However, our project management is not just limited to providing a dedicated, experienced Project manager, because we realize that there are multiple processes to manage during an engagement. While the Project Manager looks after the overall direction and client interaction for the project, the Operational Team Manager is the actual hands-on person who manages the the activities of your engagement and ensures that LEAP is implemented properly and customized effectively for you.

NTrust's Project Managers work primarily out of NTrust's California based offices with several of them embedded within client locations for specific projects. This ensures that your project manager at NTrust is available in your time zone and is onshore or nearshore.
