NTrust maintains an in-house team that drives quality and process initiatives across the Organization.  Team members are attached to various functional groups throughout the organization and assist with continuous improvement and evolving robust processes across the Organization.  Both external surveillance audits and internal audits are conducted on a regular basis to ensure stringent adherence and compliance.  
As a certified company, we constantly endeavor to improve error rates. Our internal metrics for identifying, tracking and correcting errors are only the beginning of our quality management efforts. The Lease Abstraction Group has extensive systems in place to ensure errors are not repeated and errors are tracked at a granular level and appropriate re-training of personnel is done at the right time.  Each lease that has been abstracted goes through a minimum of three quality checks. The first of these is the Review, whereby a reviewer reviews the complete abstract for any errors. This essentially duplicates the effort of the abstractor, but ensures any residual errors are captured. The QA team then uses a combination of manual review, random sample checks and a complete analysis of the abstract using its proprietary ABRQA (Abstraction Business Rules Quality Assurance) software engine. This software is configured for client-specific business rules and some generic business rules which apply to all real estate leases.
